Although Patagonia is becoming an increasingly popular world destination for fly-fishermen, there is a conspicuous lack of information available to anglers on this remote area. Until now.
Barrett Mattison and Evan Jones have spent several seasons independently fishing and exploring the entirety of Argentine Patagonia (an area roughly the size of Montana and California combined), and in this book they share everything you need to know before embarking on the adventure of a lifetime.

This putrid archive won't interest you if you aren't a member of the flyfish list, and it probably won't interest you if you are; in fact, if you are a reasonable person it should frighten you. I threw away all of my flies a couple months ago. Thats right, right into the trash can.
I
guess I thought it would be a good idea to start over. It wasn't. My
flyboxes are over halfway full again but I constantly find myself
scrambling to tie some needed flies the night before a fishing outing
because I threw those perfectly good ones I used to have into the trash.
Why do I do the things I do? Is there something wrong with me?
