...take a break from post production and Top Ramen to talk some smack. We ripped this Podcast from Marshall at Midcurrent (thanks) who ripped it from Zack at the Itinerant Angler (thanks again). Again, this and the rest of the Fly Fishing Film Festival is coming to a theater (hopefully) near you. And, as of yesterday, Moldy Chum and Reel Pure have stepped up to help sponsor this film festival.
The members of the Angling Exploration Group have made it their mission to provide fly fishing's stodgier establishment with a much-needed shot in the rear. Whether they're pummeling rented Jeeps in Patagonia or trout bumming their way across Reykjavik, these young documentarians and explorers make desk-bound anglers everywhere jealous, though as you'll hear, it's not all tall blondes and warm campsites...LINK
On Thursday night in Denver we learned a few things. The Oxford Hotel venue was too small to handle the swarm of fish porn junkies. Hot chicks dig watching slob fish take dry flies on the big screen. And last but not least, there was some solid production talent in the house.
