PacifiCorp Surprises Klamath Dam Removal Advocates by Pulling Permit Application

Some folks are optimistic that this means a settlement may be imminent with PacifiCorp while others say this is standard operating procedure. River advocates say PacifiCorp pulled the application to avoid the public testimony of dam removal advocates.
