Preventing Asian Carp from entering the Great Lakes may be as simple as setting up an acoustic barrier.
I have to assume that you could catch dozens of trout in Alaska with a black size 8 woolybugger without much trouble either. Tell that bead whiner to shut it and enjoy his trout bounty.
